Dill & Cilantro

In this week (July 25th – 28th) is delicious and aromatic Dill and Cilantro.

Dill is the herb most often added to fish. 

Cilantro leaves are an ingredient in many Indian foods (such as chutneys and salads), in Chinese dishes, in Mexican cooking, particularly in salsa and guacamole and as a garnish.

Romaine Lettuce is at the Market this weekend (July 25th – 28th)
