We are in that funny time of year where last year’s juicing carrots have run out and we are not quite up to production with this season’s carrot harvest. What does that mean? It means we have A LOT of carrots to sell, but none to juice. It will take a couple weeks before carrots are big enough to harvest more at a time at which point we will then be back to making the best carrot juice in the world! This also means that our beet juice will be out due to the fact that we mix it with carrot juice to avoid the extra strong flavor and intense experience of downing pure beet juice.

In anticipation of this time of year, we have frozen plenty of carrot juice to use in our smoothies. We are excitedly awaiting those first delicious carrots and will let you know when we’re back online with our tasty carrot juice. Thanks for your understanding.
